Even though snow melts your hair, freezes your feet to the point of pain, and gets everywhere (even down your trousers :-P)... I love it :-) I sat in my music class yesterday when it was really heavy and just thought how magical it looked (but i payed the price when i got asked a question that i couldnt answer due to my daydreamings). I've taken to taking my camera everywhere with me because i love the way trees look with snow on them! And like most people, i have an obsession with standing in brand new snow :-) I love the noise it makes as well... By now you might have gathered that i like everything about snow!! Actually.. One thing i dont like is the fact that i have to wear five layers and two pairs of socks!! But its all part of the fun :-D
I was meant to perform my pieces tonight, but it was put forward to this morning due to the SNOW. So me and my friends decided to hit the park because we finished early :) The original plan was to go sledging on a broken chair back but that was abandoned when we couldnt find a chair :L So we just spent the afternoon rolling round in the snow and generally having a right laugh :) It made me realise that you dont need to go on big days out or dress up nicely and go to parties when you can be completly content in sopping wet clothes with your best friends in a park. I honestly cant remember feeling as content as i did today for a long time :-) It was just really nice because the feeling lingers and it makes you feel valued and loved.
So even though i now have a cold, my hair is a mess and i've had to put all my clothes on the radiator... Its all good because i love my friends and the snow <3 Photos to come :-)
